PLEASE BE PATIENT
As we are still starting, please be patient with us as we learn the ropes, but know that we will do our best with updates. As for other concerns and or questions, our DMs will always be open, however, please don't expect instant replies as both admins are University students, with that said we will still try our best.

The admins of Diamond Flair PH; Ella and Chels promise to do their best to their customers' needs. We promise to do our best to keep the prices as student-friendlt as possible, but please do note the other expenses and other fees (i.e packaging).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Strictly no cancellations of orders, so please be 110% sure before ordering.
If you wish to cancel your order with a valid reason, please inform us ASAP as failure to comply will result in an automatic block and you will be posted as a bogus buyer. You will also have to pay 50% of the total as cancellation fee, this is to teach you to be a more responsible buyer, so let’s not waste each other's time.

2. Please be patient, items that are not yet on-hand arrive from overseas and shipping issues may occur, thus the ETA of your order may change without prior notice, with that said we will post updates so please watch out for those and make it a habit to check on the masterlist.
For items that are on-hand, we will try to ship it ASAP, but please do understand if delays do occur.

3. The items will be checked for quality and packed with care, however, once the package has been turned over to the courier, Diamond Flair PH shall not be held liable for the damages that may occur during transit. If for whatever reason the items arrive damaged, we will disclose this and give you a choice if you want to continue with the order or go for a refund.
To avail refunds for damaged items, please make sure to take a raw unedited video of yourself opening the package from when it is still packed, and untampered otherwise this will not be accepted.

4. Mode of Delivery, for now the shop only offers LBC, J&T, Grab/Lalamove and Shopee. For items to be sent back, the buyer should shoulder the shipping fee.
Diamond Flair shall not be held liable for lost and missing parcels, the choice of courier is solely up to the customer, please note the risks of paying for cheaper MODs. LBC delivery is by request only, so feel free to send us a message if you wish to choose LBC.

5. As the items are already secured, we can try our best to be as understanding as possible so please for any late payments feel free to message us before the deadline and we will see what we can do.
For late payments with no valid reason, the admins assume that the buyer agrees to pay PHP20 for every succeeding day from the deadline as penalty fee, however if the buyer fails to pay within 5 days, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and given to someone else.

6. Proof of payments must be provided before the shop releases your order, it is advised that until you receive your items, do keep your proof of payments.

7. We will not tolerate joy reservers or bogus buyers, you will be blocked and posted.
Please learn to be responsible buyers, and learn to prioritise, merch can always wait.

8. Rude buyers will not be tolerated, the admins of Diamond Flair PH have the right to cancel your order(s) as they see fit, we will not argue and waste time.
